General Guidelines for Admission to Bachelor's Degree

  • Admission to various classes will be made on the recommendation of the admission committee constituted for the purpose.
  • Any gap of one year or more in the academic career of an applicant just prior to seeking admission to the Bachelor degree must be supported by documentary evidence/affidavit as proof of activities during the gap period. Submission of false affidavit is a legal offence.
  • The application must be complete in all respects and supported by the following documents.
    • Attested copy of Matriculation Certificate.
    • Attested copy of Detailed Marks Card of the previous examination.
    • Original Character Certificate from last attended institution or Gazetted Class-I Officer.
    • Attested copy of SC/ST/OBC or other applicable certificates.
  • Original certificates must be produced at the time of admission.
  • Applicants from Boards/Universities other than U.P. Board/U.P. University must submit Migration Certificate.
  • Failed students of other institutions shall not be admitted.
  • Admission is liable to cancellation if false or incomplete information is provided.
  • Admission cannot be claimed as a matter of right. The Principal reserves the right to refuse admission.
  • Candidates from other Boards/Universities must produce Migration Certificate in original.

Documents Required With Admission Form

  • Attested copies of School Board / University certificates from Matriculation onwards.
  • Original Character Certificate from the Head of Institution last attended.
  • Students from another Board/University must submit
    • Eligibility Certificate.
    • Migration Certificate.
    • Detailed Marks Sheet.
    • Admission without these documents will remain provisional.
  • Three passport-size photographs and one stamp-size photograph.
  • SC/ST Certificate issued by First Class Magistrate (if applicable).
  • Original marksheets and certificates at the time of admission/interview.
  • Registration/Enrollment form with Matriculation & 10+2 certificates.
  • Photocopy of Aadhaar Card.
  • Students seeking admission in First Year must submit two photocopies each of Matriculation and 10+2 certificates.

Eligibility Conditions

A candidate who has passed 10+2 or equivalent examination can get admission in the First Semester of B.A., B.Sc. or B.Com. subject to the following eligibility conditions.

Candidates must fulfill all University and College eligibility norms.
